Hands too cold to type. :D Cars are leaving this Saturday at 7 AM and the truck will be fully loaded by Sunday. Cars arrive in Vegas on Wednesday evening the 9th. My wife and I arrive in the early afternoon on Friday (Las Vegas). Our plan is to go check-in at the Wynn, then dress up??? and cab over to SAI before 5:00pm 1. I'm not even certain if the dinner is AT SAI or the Wynn? 2. Is this the even/dinner that requires us to dress up a bit? What is the schedule for SATURDAY? This I am totally clueless about. For example, I read a post that stated that Mr. Shelby was going to sign autographs in the afternoon? Since we're not bringing our car down, can my wife and I still take a spin on the track? There are many threads on stangsunleashed on the driving events, gala, party etc. That is your best source for information regarding anything relating to the Bash. The Friday night dinner is at 8pm and it is formal...ie black tie optional....shirt with collar and tie /jacket for men...nice pants suits or dresses for the ladies. There is a cocktail party beginning at 9pm Saturday night at the Wynn after the car show and driving events . There is a casino party to follow....place not announced . Check in begins at the Wynn at 3pm Friday. They said there will be a location for Team Shelby members to pick up their tickets and info. See you soon !! Roger, I just read on stangsunleashed that each pair of tickets to the weekend only entitles one driver and one car from each pair to participate in the Saturday track day? I hope they change that as I am someone's guest and I have been generously offered driving time from 2 different attendees since my car will not be there...........now I guess I dont get to drive. The wife is staying home and I just purchased a new helmet so my best bud could have a good time as my guest and now a week before the event I find out that my guest is not allowed to partcipate in the track day activities???
