07SGT0057
How do you guys clean your stripes? When I wash my car, I can't seem to get stains off my stripes. I tried cleaner wax, and clay bar, it still won't come off. Any suggestions?
ilmor
Not sure if this would work for you to take out the spots, but after washing sometimes I use 303 Protectant. I use this on the vinyl instead of wax as it allegedly will not yellow over time and it has UV protectant. I have used it on my RV's for a few years. http://www.303products.com/tech/index.cfm?...FTOKEN=46497959

ilmor
I think it depends on the wax. I understand that some wax may yellow over time, and that it can build up on the edges of the stripes. So for that reason I just avoid doing it. I think there are a lot of guys that always wax their stripes and may have much better information on this than I do (I'm sure they'll chime in here!). Webba
I use Zaino and just polish over it and it looks awesome. Ilmor I use that 303 for my interior and mirror covers and such. I used on my boat when I had it. It works great. Better than Armor All.
