We have finished a lot of cars, we will be shipping out offically Monday in closed carriers. There were many things to finalize with Ford and the carriers before we shipped. Amy I'm not sure who dropped the ball, but things like this I'd think should have been taken care of long ago. people are paying good money, so I can't say I'm not disappointed if they didn't ship out considering they have many already completed. The consumer has to jump thru a lot of hoops and shell out $$$ often over MSRP (seen em go 7-12k over). I have to say im NOT pleased with the costumer service at Shelby. I have to say the vin tracker WAS a great idea but not updating it is very disapointing.
