I didnt load it up. I started with the deluxe model and added, IUP, premium wheels, Shaker 500 radio and the 3.55 gears. I didnt want leather. I want to put a supercharger on it, with longtubes, exh, and CAI.

Kidding.

Do it when it feels right.

What were the previous 4 Mustangs?

This one will be my "one for the thumb," too!

I started with black in '85 - and this one's gonna be black, too.

I didn't touch the '85 - (two young girls to buy shoes for) - but now - we're gonna make this one mine.

  • 3 weeks later...

you can't go wrong with a new gt honestly... They respond so nicely to minor mod's and normal bolt on's. Here's a video of my dads 06 black gt which has:

4:10's

u/d pullyes

sct tune

x pipe catless

cold air kit

62mm throttle body

The video was filmed in the rain, and no decent traction until about the third clip, but the video is funny as hell when my dad trys to get traction doing like 40... tires spin and the exaust just roars and pops.

It's an automatic, which slowed it down to 0-60 in the high 5's. With all the mods it does 0-60 in 4.98 seconds leaving it in drive.

Also hears a video I made of the car after the 4 ten install. Automatic chirping first three gears.

Just a Blow by racing off road catless 2.5 inch x-pipe. That's about it. It just really lets the car breath. Every thinks my dads set up is somthing from the headers back but no... It sounds amazing in real life and picked up some nice rear wheel horses!

The guys at bbr are great. They make quality items that work to there best capabilities!

No mufflers eh, ie stock. Wouldn't have guessed. Sounds real good. I'm hoping to get close to a 5.0's sound. No 4.6 has ever matched that! :(

No, I failed to mention that the stock mufflers are still on the car. But, my dads probably ganna get some slp loudmouths and some longtube headers. Not just for sound but to really get it breathing!.

With full exaust from the headers back you pick up some nice dyno numbers

http://videos.streetfire.net/search/2005+m...5e9e8431cb1.htm

2005 Mustang GT Dyno Run with Kooks Longtube Headers, Offroad X-Pipe and Magnaflow Magnapacks, 299.11 rwhp/313.50 max torque

So were hoping for numbers like those. I still need to find another mustang to buy, cause my 97 was rear ended and totalled the other day
