Transport Canada had shut down Superformance in Canada now for about a year. Transport Canada contended that the kits and rollers SPF was importing into Canada were cars, therefore had to pass all safety and emission standards in Canada. The judge handed Superformance Canada a HANDS DOWN victory over the Canadian Nazi Dept of Transport. Hurray for Superformance!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
