JETSOLVER Posted June 27, 2006 Report Share Posted June 27, 2006 SN95- The 94 MY update of the Fox4 chassis(platform). The last generation of Mustangs from 94-2004 were all built on this reengineered update of the 79 Fairmont!? S-197 is the internal code for the 2005+ Mustang. The first time in its history that the Stang has had its own platform. It is still in (small) part taken from the Lincoln LS platform but is esentially a clean sheet design.
