gthfan
What a blast. Pick a scenic remote location. Take a few days off. Rent a Shelby GT-H. Freeways, 2lane black top and curves. The sound is awesome. Be prepared to answer questions as people will stop and ask. Mark

gthfan
Chinpono Sorry no official times as there were no timers out here. I think the 325 hp may be conservative for insurance purposes.

SVTregistry
Mark posted: Did anyone notice the CSM No. of the car? 06H0067... by the time 67th car was build was Shelby expecting to stamp out more than 500 units? the dash plates on 06H080 and 06H253 (which you can see on my site) don't have the extra zero. just an interesting observation.... --Russ
Guest evilchris
I had the extra zero on mine:
SVTregistry
my mistake then... but still why an extra zero for a planned production of a set amount of cars?
timtnt
Here's mine, #299. the serial numbers must get higher the farther East you get. My brother and I rented one at the Nashville, Tennessee airport (they had 6 to rent) and drove it to Memphis and back to Nashville (aprox 450 miles), to see John Force at a big NHRA drag meet. the cost was $230, unlimited milage for 24hrs. $95 late fee for each hour over the 24. Checking it back it at Hertz was a lot like seeing a proctologist, except I didn't send the Hertz people flowers the next day.

SVTregistry
Hey, I send you a PM. BTW... it appears that anything under 100 has double zero's, where over 100 don't have any leading zeros. Kinda cool! --Russ btw... I don't know about the geographical limitations of the numbers assigned. Car 06H0059 is in Boston's Logan Airport here's the list I have so far: Hertz registry 06H0059 - Boston, MA 06H0067 - Phoenix, AZ 06H0085 - Sand Diego, CA 06H135 - Seattle, WA 06H253 - Ft. Lauderdale, FL and now yours 06H299 - Memphis, TN clearly they're all over the place! --Russ
crispy23c
#30 also made it to Massachusetts. I saw it in the parking lot where I work in Lowell, MA. Can I ask: -how did it handle/accelerate (vs the Mustang GT)? -what shape were the hood pins in?
