BadCat Posted November 18, 2007 Report Share Posted November 18, 2007 Cat House Status original damaged beyond repair Groundbreaking has occurred for the new cat house :happy feet: Steel framing is done :happy feet: All rough in work is completed :happy feet: The severe storm of last week destroyed my newly constructed cat house. It was indeed a lovely cat house, even though some accused me of not changing out the litter box often enough. Here are a couple of photos of the damage It looks worse on the inside than the outside. Trust me, even the litter box is not useable. I immediately enlisted the aid of my friends to help me figure out what to do ..and I have been moved to try to build a new cat house, even bigger and better this time :happy feet: so stay with me while I begin the cat house reconstruction efforts. I hope to have the new cat house fully constructed, equiped and staffed over the next few days. I will keep everyone updated on this thread. Update: ground breaking is now taking place. Only after a few well placed bribes to building inspectors and union bosses that is I was however, lucky enough to get a few of the local authorities involved in this groundbreaking; it seems that all of the local politicians want to be insiders when it comes to the cat house. Michelle, this is a PG13 type of cat house I thought that since the dog had a doghouse, a bad cat could have his own cat house. Everyone needs a home, even a tobacco smokin' an' a scratchin' cat like me! once the cathouse is up and running, all are welcome to come in and relax, sometimes in a bit risque manner, but always following the rules of proper etiquette. groundrules will be established for the comfort of all. I removed it. Sorry. MiniMe, all are welcome in the cat house. But this brings up rule #2, no whining in here. This is a pg13 site, and a link to a skit with some cuss words fits ok within that. I would not be ok with links to true porn or abusive/racist language (rule #3). But George Carlin is a humor icon to those that grew up in the 60s and 70s.
