I checked with all these dealers you listed, none had not seen an 08 Vista Blue by October 10. At least that is what they were telling me. Woodhouse is the only one that would tell me that had any 08 SGT's ordered by October 10. Note that they just receive them on Monday (11/5/07). One of which was mine (the coupe). Note that my car was delivered to SAI on October 19. This corresponds to your date for Woodhouse Ford. Just courious. It seems strange that the August and September dates would have been an 08 SGT delivered to the dealers, it seems a bit early. I did not start seeing any 08's listed on web sites until October. AFBLUE2 Posted November 8, 2007 Report Share Posted November 8, 2007 According to the SAI folks (either Bud or John) the first blue ones weren't produced until first week of Sep, so I'm surprised a dealer would have one in late Aug. Also heard that the convertibles were even later (mid/late Sep). Heard all this second hand so take it with a grain of salt. Oh and congrats to you on your beautiful new car. First one I've seen posted from Neb. So we'll call it the first one regardless. Any mods? What's your CSM number? How's the hood scoop look? This is the color my wife really wanted. I will have the GT500 Spoiler installed in the next week. Thanks for all your great comments. Note: I had the car out last night with BLD MOVS. We attracted a lot of attention with the White and Blue SGT's. Even had on person chase us down so he could see the cars. (I didn't know a minivan could go that fast...We were still loosing him) It is not often that you see one SGT in town, but two running together was great. As we went through an outdoor mall area, I saw a Dad with his son. I was behind with my windows down and heard quote "Hey, theres another Shelby". What a great time. I just called all the dealers listed above. Woodhouse and Performance Ford are the only dealers to receive any 08 SGT's. Also called a few other dealers in other areas. (Most did not know what I was talking about..."We have an 08 in White") The others are still expecting/waiting for theirs to show up. I purchased the 08 SGT coupe from Woodhouse.
