I would really like to find a deep dish bullet wheel like the ones I put on my o5 GT. Where can I look for wheels specifically for the GT500 and know that they will fit? 0SNAKE7 Posted October 7, 2007 Report Share Posted October 7, 2007 Here are a few pictures of what I had built for my GT500. Won't be seeing these on too many Shelby's, I hope! The fronts are 19 x 9.5 running 255/40/19 and the rears are 19 x 10.5 running 285/35/19 Michellin Pilot Sport 2's all around. The wheels are a two piece lightweight racing wheel. For more info contact me. The tires are excellent with the best grip available for tires in this size. I have tried them all. I had my fastest lap times with the PS2's by far. Although off the line starts are still a wheel spinning money burning event as this car has just no grip at all from a dead start street race. They are a modernized version of the Magnum 500. There is a dealer in Ohio that sells on eBay and you can get these in black....matte...or chrome. The most expensive is chrome and it's about $1400 for the set on their site. I'm really bummed that they don't make the 66s or 67s in 18s that will fit. They're not going to make them according to Shelby wheels.
