I wore a red turtleneck to Shelby's Xmas party at school. Before leaving, I looked down and noticed that it's not so concealed anymore. Jill says it's 325°F for 1-2.5 hrs & let stand 20 minutes for a 3.5-4 lb roast. Inside temperature of the roast should be 170°F.
