I have noticed for a while now that when I have the HVAC system off (no heat or AC) and the windows down, there is very noticeable and annoying warm air coming from under the dash on the drivers side. I don't feel it on the passenger side. Recently, when I park (with the windows up) and go into a store or restaurant, when I come back out, the inside of the windshield is fogged up in the middle, going from the bottom of the windshield about half way up.
