We have a large Mcdonals with seating in old rail cars (most people stop here on the way to Vegas) Start of Del Taco! Other than that not much else good about Barstow Ca. I've been to your town many times on the way from ABQ to San Diego. and I always stop in McDonalds, if not to use the facilities, at least to walk around the tourist portion of the store. My Mom and step Dad moved from Barstow to Rio Rancho about 10 years ago. The good thing for you is it is just a rest stop. I have to stay a few days to visit family and friends. You forgot one factoid, Winnipeg is the coldest large city (over 200,000 population) on earth. Way to go Hoser spoil all my fun.
