Kontra06
Thanks Colin! I'm seeing quite a few MD members who may be driving up Friday morning to meet the Clan at the track. I'm just over the Mason Dixon Line in PA and would like to caravan up that AM with someone(s). Thanks, Mark

Sure, been there a number of times. I'm just a few miles from Rising Sun, Md. I'm sure we could all hook up somewhere along the way. I usually take 851 to Stewardstown then North on I-83 and West on I-76.

Looking forward to this event as this is our first one as participants. The wife and I didn't do Corvette events. Didn't interest us for some reason. I mentioned the Shelby bash and she was the one who said we should go.

This event will be a "bit" more exciting than any corvette show you have ever been to. LOL . Hmmm, first event as participants and taking a world record. Where to go from that?? cmolinaro78
Just came across this now. I'm interested but not 100 percent sure about it yet, as I would probably have to take some days off from work.
Kontra06
(No gold chains and 70s style chest hair allowed ) As I stated elsewhere on this forum... When you leave the Corvette club, you have to turn in your nut huggin' jeans, satin jacket and the gold chains. As for the '70s style chest hair... Ewwwwwww! (Granted in the '70s I was sportin' that particular look in my '74 cream colored C-3, feathered hair, wide bell bottoms, white shoes and belt, polyester shirt unbuttoned to the navel. *shudder*) Probably worse look now. Shaved head, Utilikilts...

2008GT-C
Question: If this question has already been answered I apologize in advance. Do you have to be a Team Shelby member to purchase tickets and to be a part of the festivities? I have a friend who is a Shelby owner who would like to be a part of this great event but is not much into forums. We live near each other and attend many cruises together. Thank you in advance. -Kevin

SSSNAKE
No need to worry about Mullets! There won't be any Camaro's there! That's what everybody thought at bash 2011 and then the notorious "Shelby Camaro" showed up. Boy, that guy had balls.
