stormeaston Posted April 11, 2011 Report Share Posted April 11, 2011 A 29-year-old Foggy Bogg man on Saturday called police to report that his marijuana had been stolen. The man reported at 12:55 a.m. Saturday that an unknown person had kicked in his door and stolen an Xbox 360 and controller, two or three buds of marijuana and a hitter pipe used to smoke marijuana. The incident was said to have happened between 11:15 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of East 21st Street. The items were valued at $310. Foggy Bogg Police Department Sgt. Nick Poeschel said the man was not cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia because he was no longer in possession of it.
