Glad that I did not do the track on Sunday. There was a puncture on my front right tire, on the inside. I do not think it was there before I went to the tire place today, but it is there now. They only could find one BF Goodrich 255/35/20 directional tire today and the other one is coming tomorrow. Another $500 on the stang. When does this STOP!!!banghead.gif

Alex's Shop will be replacing my rotors, pads and brake lines on Friday. Hopefully there is no more shaken from the front now.

Tom,

Thats scary to hear! I always recomend a full "nut and bolt" check prior to doing any lap time. The last thing you ever want is a tire or brake pad failure! What size tires are you running in the rear? Can you run a wider tire in the front? My ideal preference is a 265 in front and a 285+ in the rear. By the way, it NEVER stops costing you money! But, its all in the name of fun, right?

We can go to dinner tomorrow if you want...Mark postponed for next week....but only if your buying! We can trade out some "real" painting this time if you want to help paint the new place....lol. We are all moved (stuff wise), construction is done and just waiting for alarm, new carpet and new desk to arrive before changing addresses. Kari is set up on a 6' banquet table and my desk is for sale! Good times!

What a great event!!! 3 days of fun, seeing old friends and meeting some new ones. Jason and crew did a great job as usual. Here are some pictures my assistant took of the show and the cruise....I was embarrassed to win Best of Show GT500 as I am not done with my new car yet. Don't mind my clear bra either peeling around the stripes. I just color sanded and buffed the paint the night before too...
