David Hawkins
Does anyone here use "Pro Pay"? I usually use Pay Pal but about 12 Days ago I purchased some Magazine Racks and he had me pay him through "Pro Pay". I have yet to recieve the Racks and have sent him several Emails with no reply's. Will "Pro Pay "get involved if asked? I believe he lives in the Odessa / Midland Texas area.

JeffIsHereToo
I did a quick search and it seems, from what I found, that they are a credit card processing service for small businesses. If you used your credit card, which I hope you did, then I would say that would be your first avenue and to contest the charges. Then call Pro Pay and see what they can do. But initiating a charge back usually gets people's attention. I hope the seller was reputable and there has been some other issue. Good luck! SoCalSGT
A quick google search turns up a lot of complaints about the company...they don't seem to be very customer service oriented either. John
