I'm not anti immigrant, but I dont really understand how they can do that. How can you get a DL if your not even supposed to BE there? They must have some logical reason to want to to that. I cant believe Wisconsin still has no CC licensing. I'm thinking about moving home or at least buying a summer house up there. Thinking on Grafton or Sheboygan. I cant take this heat any more plus I'd like to hunt deer that are bigger than dogs some time before I die. I miss actual woods that dont look like a prehistoric jungle. I miss winter sports!
