I had a mysterious entry on the information I received from Bud. So I asked. There was entry in Sept of 2007. I received my car in May 2007. Bud says the computer logs the date and time any time an entry is entered into the system. So that might be why your times are so close. They may have entered the two entries after completing your car. In my case Bud thought it was when he entered the Mod shop information. EDIT: I just reviewed my email again. My car went from "Moved to production line" through "Moved to QC" to moved to "Delivery Lot" in 7 seconds. So I am pretty certain that happens from the computer entry. The date is the important part. I now know my car showed up at SAI on January 21, 2007 and has a Shelby GT "Born On" date of: February 1, 2007. It also list all of the pieces that the Mod Shop installed. And next to delivery. It says "Hold for Museum delivery or Mod Shop. This is some good documentation stuff.
