ingram4868 Posted May 13, 2009 Report Share Posted May 13, 2009 I would really like to see a service department designed so that if you choose, you can observe your vehicle and the work being performed. Even at Jiffy Lube your only standing 15 feet from your car and you can observe everything going on and you can even talk to the tech. Anyone have thoughts on the sales side? This(above) and being able to order what "YOU" want for options on the car, not the packages that they offer.
