These aristocratic, 'Carbon Units', are symbols of the OLD America, and will be confiscated in the Name of the 'Obama Communist party of America'. These cars will be re-distributed to, the nearly, 13 million, "All most", American citizens (of Mexican and South American origin), to provide transportation (a less strenuous, journey), across the hostile American Borders. Comrade Obama, sternly suggests that all fuel tanks be full and that in each car you place your certificate of ownership, (pink slip) an a "American United Socialist" 'Bonus card'. Comrade Obama, demands that you only include,"American United Socialist" 'Bonus Cards' for the following 'American Socialist Party' owned , companies; Chevron, Texaco, Mobile, Shell,or Gold Visa Card be included in your 'Donor Car'. But others have bought into GM's "gun against our head" mentality that all hell will break loose if GM is allowed to go into BK, so I'll just watch the show and hope in the end it all works out! No one would call the creditor unreasonable. After all, it is ITS money that it is lending. Since when are debtors entitled to get money from creditors with no conditions attached? In GM's case, there is not other creditor that will lend them that kind of money. The goverment, as a creditor, was in a position to impose its conditions.
