But now that I'm thinking about it, is there really a difference IMHO there is definitely a difference. The chrome wheels on the convertible are visually overwhelming. Way too bright. When I look at my SGT vert instead of seeing the signature Shelby design details my eyes are drawn to the wheels. They really need to be toned down. I wonder if they could be painted or refinished ? That would allow you to keep stock tires. You seem to like the 5 spoke style. For me I would like to find something evocative of the old Trans Am racers, say like the Saleen Parnelli Jones wheels also in 19 inches. Unfortunately the Saleens are chrome. Another interesting option in a 5 spoke might be the new SVT 19s that will come on the 2010 GT500. As others have suggested , make yourself happy. In any event if you do change please post pictures.
