Wife tells me theres a Shelby Gt in town besides our's. I said , Oh really!" :unsure:

 

She say's Yah, It's Red with White stripes. WTF? :o

 

I said then its a GT500 you saw, with the lettering in the back left hand corner? She say's Nope, It said Shelby right across the back like your's.

 

I hope i see this one around town. That way i can show the owner a real one to compare there's too! LOL

....it could still be a GT500. Adding our style "SHELBY" across the back has become a common modification on GT500s.

It sounds like to me that it is one of the 2007 Shelby GT500 40th Anniversary Packages. Their is supposedly a red with silver stripe Shelby GT that was made that is just a rummor I think.
