Mine rests on top of the cover even with using washers. I have minimal clearance between the strut brace and plenum cover. It took about 10 days from the time I shipped it to getting it back. They say allow 4 to 6 weeks,but I spoke with Jerome at CSCF and he got me a quick turn around.
