waterguy959
Hey guys, gals, Just saw a Super Snake with blacked out tail light lenses with sequential turn signals. OMG very nice looking even on a red car. My car is black so the blacked out lenses will probably look SICK. I know Shelby carries the sequential set up so just looking for a little help from you guys as to where I can chase down some good lenses. Any help you know will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help. ps-there is a Super Snake video in the like named forum.
RogerS
I am pretty sure that is tint and not an entire lens. It should be avalible from most any Mustang aftermarket catalog or web site.
MattInDetroit
I met a guy there that had the same look on his GT and he said it's PAINTED on. He even had the yellow marker lights painted. It didn't look at all painted, more tinted, and really looked great.

RogerS
Here are some I found. No paint and easily removable. You may have issues with local law enforcement so NOT painting would be a wise idea. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FORD-MUSTAN...sspagenameZWDVW http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FORD-MUSTAN...sspagenameZWDVW

Any raised lettering on lens will show as a bubble because it will not lay flat. I just bought VHT tint paint and going to paint this weekend. A friend of mine painted his car and it looks great. Make sure you clean lens b4 applying paint. The more coats the darker it gets and yes, you can't remove paint, its final. Let it dry b4 applying 2nd coat and 24 hours b4 installing lens back onto car.
