I made an order from SPP and like most I did get just a confirmation email no others. Part of the order arrived. On the invoice at the bottom it states that backorders after 30 days would be cancelled. You guys might check your invoices and how long your orders have been on backorder. Mine is just about up. It's clear SPP needs to add to their web site info on whether the item is in stock or if not, how long a wait it is before you decide to place an order.
