The Sheriff Posted June 7, 2007 Report Share Posted June 7, 2007 I hope I did this right and my porn didn't appear My dealer called today and said the transport driver called and asked if the dealership would be open on Sunday. He told them no so maybe he will arrive Saturday or Monday. The General Manager also offered me (for free) 2 license plate brakets that said COBRA on the top and CARROLL SHELBY MOTORS on the bottom. He said they have been there a long time and didn't know where they came from. Since they say COBRA and not SGT I'm not sure if I should use them. This has been a long wait...my order was placed on Feb. 26th. On a side note, I was at the dealership tonight and saw the salesman that took my order. If, after a while, you change your mind, take them off but at least you'll have them to keep. If not interested, I'll buy them from you. Regarding "Junior" just keep smiling and ignore the ignorance. Ill even give you my UPS # to send collect! Seriously though whether you put them on or not take them. As he said they have been lying around there a long time and he doesnt know where they came from. Its a sign. It may not be a Cobra....the Shelby GT...but it is still part of its heritage and soemthing that you probably wont find again. More importantly GL getting any sleep the next 3 days.
