shelbyguy470
I know this is probably a "duh" questions for other members, but why does SAI remove the spare tire and replace it with the pump / leak fix liquid? I assume it has something to do with the tire size. Thanks Russ
MattInDetroit
This has been dscussed in another earlier thread, but simply put, this is a Ford descion NOT SAI. The GT500 also has this instead of an actual tire. Ford decided to do this and I think it's a better solution actually. These things are pretty good! timmyer
I don't know if I like this ideas so much. If I cut a tire on my SGT than its either leave it sitting on the side of the road or have it towed. The front of these cars is pretty low to the ground to be pulling up on a rollback. A mini, spare as bad as they look would come in handy rather than these alternatives..... I know these cars have bfgoodrich tires. Does anyone know if they are run-flats. If thats the cause than the no spare thing would be ok.
