mhr1961
Thanks for posting. With the recent McQueen Bullitt car auctioning off for around $3.7 million, it is going to be interesting to see what the Green Hornet and Little Red will bring. No matter what they go for, it is nice to see these two unique and very interesting pieces of Shelby History being preserved.
twobjshelbys
I don't believe either is for sale. Craig Jackson owns both of them. Craig spent a lot of time "riding under the radar" vetting Little Red.
twobjshelbys
Woooo hooooo. Look under the hood of Little Red https://www.hemmings.com/blog/2020/01/17/the-first-gt500-prototype-once-lost-returns-in-fully-restored-glory/?refer=news&utm_source=edaily&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=2020-01-

mhr1961
Thanks again for posting. That dual super charger set up is sweet and would have been a nice option to have available back in the day. I was aware of the Shelby prototype coupes dot com site and had been checking it from time to time since they posted it up, but the site seemed pretty much dormant until recently. I was hoping to see some of the restoration as it was being done over the past couple of years. Glad they were both restored and hopefully plenty of Mustang/Shelby fans will get to see them. twobjshelbys
I believe (but don't have any pictures to prove) that the dual-Paxtons is the same configuration used on the Shelby Supersnake Cobras (the one from which Cosby's 200 MPH routine is based, which by the way, is a documentary of Cobras). SoCalSGT
Nice post and info...thanks. Craig Jackson has certainly done well in the auction business. The new 2020 GT500 looks like a nice iteration if only it didn't have such a foolish (at least for the buyer) ADM and if if they'd have put a gear shift in it...
