slbgtsc
A few shots from the Shelby Museum in Boulder this past weekend. I was fortunate enough to get Aaron Shelby to sign my SGT along with Gary Patterson.

twobjshelbys
Some fantastic new additions to the collection. GT40 #p1016 is now part of the collection as is a new Ford GT (one that was for sale at Mecum that was a did not meet reserve but was sold after the hammer fell). Both purchased by Greg Miller. Millers now own 2 of the 3 first 3 finishers at Le Mans in 1966. I have some pics too but am still in Colorado and won't be able to process the raw until I get back to Vegas. The highlight of the "old timers stories" was Peter Brock on the history of the Daytona Coupe. I'd heard it several times before (and of course, everyone has read about it) but every time I hear Peter tell the story new little tidbits fill in more blanks. The winner of the GT350R lottery was actually present. He didn't answer the call after the drawing so Volk called the number on the ticket. The guy's wife answered and told them he was at the party! They tracked him down inside.

Sorry I should have put this in the discussion forum instead of tech.
twobjshelbys
I try to video those sessions but didn't hear that they had started it and I was eating a bit of lunch. By the time I got there I think Aaron Shelby was speaking but I missed most of it and then got Brock on my GoPro. I'll check to see how it turns out later in the week when I can get the camera cards onto my computer - I forgot the adapter widgets.
