interior dome lights staying on 15 -20 min ?

in my 2010 gt 500 interior dome lights staying on much longer then they ever have , i already moved the knob next to the light switch , this just started any reason why, thanks for any help

I don't drive mine enough to know in the top of my head, but if you have the screen, is there a settings? Also, the settings where the light preferences are have any timer?

sd550hp , thanks for the reply, but i don't have the nav screen , but i cheched utube and there is only 1 video for 2005 mustang ,nothing for 2010 gt 500 ,i did try it anyway but lite still staying on for 15 min i don't think thats normal , i can't remember it staying on that long , i don't drive mine that often either, i guess the manual will be next, thanks again

Mine did the same thing.  In my case the "ring" on the light switch wasn't all the way off (when you can feel the detent) so the light stayed on but eventually the computer apparently overrides it so your battery doesn't go dead which is why it goes off in 20 minutes.
