James Lester
I also have a 2007 GT500. Fast enough but easy to spin the back tires if you get carried away. Anyone been to the Utah Ford driving school. Looks interesting. Jim
07gt500conv
Utah Motorsports Park for the driving school is worth every penny. Had a blast out there.

photoracer18
I have not decided as yet after buying my 2017. Issue is I have 2 decades of real road racing experience in the SCCA part of which was driving Mustangs in Touring class. And I have been a driving instructor for SAAC, Car Guys, and FATT at Summit Point and VIR. Other than not having to use my own car I think the only thing I could get out of it is whether I could turn as fast or faster times than their instructors since I had an SCCA Pro license. I might get bored in the non-driving parts except for the chance to learn that track. I could also bring another ex-racer as a guest. I am however thinking about the NE Nationals at SP in May. Agreed, with your experience you may be bored. The track is fun, but you dont get "alot" of time on the track. If I remember correctly, for the 1st day, you may get about 45 min to an hour totally in the car, not on the track. Track time about 30 min. But, being I was somewhat of a novice, I did learn alot out there.
