ratrace427
Only time will tell what i will be getting with my 650 hp SS but what does everyone else get? I purchased the car this week and so far i have only seen 15.4 MPG but that went back down after idling some. She can drink all she wants but i want to know how little she will. ratrace427
Interesting...I was wondering how much the stock numbers would be changed. Being that the power is made with boost you can keep your foot out of it and still make the factory 23 mpg. I have been told that the on screen number is about one mpg off when comparing it to a old school calculated number. I have seen 17 mpg so far but the number is still going up. I feel like the 15 mpg is what my car will be getting as well. That is the realistic number with my daily usage. (my foot) Right now i am trying hard to keep the number down and that is no fun. Doug_GT350
The answer I usually give is.... "When you drive a car with a supercharger, you don't worry about gas mileage...."
Don Johnston
The answer I usually give is.... "When you drive a car with a supercharger, you don't worry about gas mileage...." My owner axiom is that mileage is inversely proportional to the fun of using the car as intended.

william strauch
11mpg but does it really matter? The car was not built for mpg it was built for FPM.(fun per miles)...

I say, its not the amount of, or price of gas that counts, its weather or not the car puts a smile on your face when you drive it. If it does, its well worth it.
