Hurricane

Need that Hurricane to wobble and go to the right as I got 4 Mustangs stored right where a good part of it is going to smack Florida. They're in a metal garage but this is a big storm. Nah, don't worry about me lol if my cars got destroyed then might as well take me too lmao

I'm sure a lot of people will be raising hell cuz their vacation at Disney got cancelled.

No not really they will still be at the resorts and once storm passes Disney will assess the damage then open right back up. Disney is on their own power grid so they can have everything running very quickly

I have been in seven hurricanes lifetime! Never in a 4! I know what smaller ones can do and damage they can cause. 130 MPH winds with a 10 foot storm surge. Hang tight all it is going to be a tough couple of days. The thing is turning and coming back at us!!!!

If you have collector cars (I doubt a single GT500 would qualify) check your auto policy. You may be eligible to recover the cost of relocating your car(s) to safe storage if you are in an area expected to be hit by the hurricane. (I was just notified by the agent that my GT coverage would pay for it up to $200. They are also not taking binders on new policies in the three southern states expected to be hit.)

My father lived through Andrew in '92(?)..... He was in Oveido (near Orlando) in a single wide mobile home. He said if it hadn't been tied down it woulda sailed away...with him in it. :fear:

This is nothing to sneeze at.

Disney just announced its closing at 5pm eastern tonight. :salute:

Good to hear. Yeah, North FL is in for a little Rain and Wind. I just hope it stays OUT of the Gulf.

Heard from my cousin who is about 7 miles inland (east of Orlando, but I don't remember the town) and everything is all good this morning after it blew by. My buddy in Boynton Beach should be as well since I didn't hear that it got closer than about 60 miles to the coast when it was down there. Should be interesting when it gets closer to the coast and has to turn right.
