Membership has its benefits as the event (including dinner) is free to Team Shelby members! However, space is limited and requires a ticket. Not a Team Shelby member? It’s just $50 per person to attend – which includes membership to the club! There will be special presentations from Shelby American VP Gary Patterson, Shelby International Board Member Aaron Shelby, and International Team Shelby Director Tracey Smith. It will be a special night of living the high octane Shelby lifestyle, so don’t miss it!

An official Team Shelby event in my backyard!! I am so excited! BUT, I am signed up for the parade and want to be a part of history there as well :gaah: . And no one seems to know for sure when we will be able to leave the parade....

I went to both the MCA parade and the Team Shelby Event. It worked out quite nicely. We were able to get through the parade in about 40 minutes, and then we got back to Dallara in time to eat dinner and listen to the Keynote speakers. It turned out to be a great evening. Aaron Shelby signed the driver's side sun visor of my 08 Shelby GT-C to compliment his grandfather's signature on the passenger side. I was also able to have Vince Laviolette and Gary Patterson sign the vehicle as well. My wife and I could not have asked for a better weekend.

I was #70 in the parade, but since Fri night was the only free evening, I went up the street with the rest of my club to the Hard Rock Cafe, but we didn't get there til about 8. None of the others with me coulda went to the dinner anyway.

So, did anyone make the parade and this event? I was number 325 in the parade (out of 571(?)) so I didn't even try. And then to top it all off, we weren't even CLOSE to breaking the record! :gaah:

Yeah, it was a shame we could only get 521 Mustangs for the parade. I'm sure there were more than 767 in Indy.
