I have been a member here almost from day one, and have been purchasing some items for shelby eBay auctions, until last year...I purchased a fleece....after payment....THEY SENT me an email that the item was out of stock and to please not leave negative feedback, that they would make it right on my next order,,,I said sure no problem.....time passed, when I went to bid on another item,,,,,,they had blocked me from bidding, I have 100 percent feedback with over 500 purchases....I have repeatedly asked them why, finally someone responded "for non payment" WTH...now that I've asked them to show me what I didn't pay for I'm getting threats of being reported to EBAY...really....does anyone know whats going on over there????

Was a loyal shelby customer but won't take this kind of treatment with no proof from Shelby Auctions....

I apologize ebay's new system does not allow us to leave comments it is there new

cancel order process. It is a bad system. My new guy in shipping accidentally shipped
wrong size (your shirt) to someone else. If I get it back I will let you know. Please don't leave bad feedback.
Sorry for the issue. I will be listing a lot more clothing in clearance in next few days. If you get something
wait to pay and I will take care of shipping to make it up to you. Thanks Tom

Here is the response I got from Tom at Shelby when they sold the fleece I ordered to someone else...and now accusing me of non payment, I did say I would leave negative feedback for no having item in stock and still listing the auction, but this was his response so I said that was cool with me....Now I'm being threatened for asking why I can't bid on eBay auctions...wth are this people doing.

I've also had some odd communication regarding eBay listings/purchases.

One of the 1st items I purchased was a Diecast. Once I had received it, it was damaged, and not the item in the listing photo. I simply left a neutral feedback. I received a message from them asking why I don't receive a positive feedback. I explained the issue, and there response was 'You didn't give me a chance to make it right!' And was offered another Diecast if I would change my feedback, so I agreed. The 2nd Diecast was in worse condition than the 1st. I went ahead and changed my feedback just to be done with it.

A year later I ask them to combine shipping on two items which they agreed to do and said I would receive a combined invoice to pay against. A week went by with no invoice and I started receiving nasty grams from eBay for not paying. I sent Shelbyauctions a message and the response I received was was 'we sent the invoice, if you didn't receive it that I had to take it up with ebay.' So, I paid for one of the items and not the other. Never heard another thing for either Shelbyauctions or eBay.

The couple items I've purchased since I have had no issues. However, my opinion of their customer service has certainly fallen, and I don't bid/buy unless it's a really good price.

My memory gets a little fuzzy between visits to the Shelby Auctions eBaY pages. I've had a couple of unremarkable Excellent-Feedback transactions, but I can't tell you how many times I've loaded up the cart with OK-seeming items, just to be brought up short by the exorbitant S&H charges. I don't want to hear "Give 'em a call..." That's not the way it works. You have an online store, you price the items reasonably, you make sure the S&H is reasonable as well, and I spend my money happily.

Perhaps writing this post will crystallize my memory, so I don't have to bother going to Shelby Auctions again.

It seems to me that if you haven't done the job correctly or properly represented the item, you shouldn't be begging for a positive rating that has yet to be earned. Begging only makes the situation worse.

I haven't bought anything off eBay in a long time, and part of it was the whole feedback nonsense, and OMG if you gave something less than positive feedback the sellers go nuts. Wasn't worth the hassle. Never bought from ShelbyAuctions, so this is just a general eBay comment.
