Bazza28
Hi all. I'm a new member from the UK but have had a 2011 GT500 for 3 years. The front tyres are worn on the inside and need to be changed urgently. Unfortunately I can't source the original tyres here in the UK and getting them shipped from the States will take too long. I currently have Goodyear Supercar Eagle F1s with AA traction rating but can't find any other AAs anywhere. I've had a few recommendations for Pirelli P zeros or Michelin Pilot Super Sports. Alternatively I could go for regular (rather than Supercar) Goodyear Eagle F1s which are readily available. However all three of these only have an A traction rating. Has anyone switched to these tyres and/or what would you recommend? I've been happy with the originals and just don't want to switch to something where the road holding isn't as good. Thanks for any advice.
GT500-2007
I have the Pirrrlli p zeros on my car. It's what Shelby uses when they up fot the car to SuperSnakes. Good tire, no complaints. Ran it on track up to 140 mph with no issues. Heard good things about the Michelins but have not used them myself. Others may chime in. Good luck....
