Replacement Wheel

I need a replacement wheel for my 2007 Black SGT. If l am correct the wheel l need is Ford Part Number: 6R3Z-1007-L .Most places show this wheel discontinued.

I did find this wheel. http://www.cjponyparts.com/ford-racing-wheel-18x8-5-bullitt-black-set-2005-2014/p/W177-V/ Would it be a direct replacement?

I am going to use this as a spare when traveling. Another question, do l need to get a TPS sensor since it will only be on till a repair is made.l figure the warning light will be on the whole time but thats not really a big issue to me.

I have 4 of these including Michelin Ice tires I'd sell for $400 (no shipping)). Very few miles on these. PM me if interested.

The TPS light won't stay on while the regular tire is placed in the trunk temporarily if u have to use the spare, only when it gets far enough away, and that should only be for repair or fixing anyway. I had mine in my garage for a while and the car still picked it up/sensed it. It doesn't have to b on the car to work, just in the vicinity.
