Seems Like A Good Deal To Me?

Recommended Posts

Not that it really matters, and this topic has gotten off in a paint direction...............but it appears that Torch Red is actually a Ford color as shown in the links below.

GM has been using it as "Torch Red" from 1990-2015 as linked below.......

http://paintref.com/cgi-bin/paintdetail.cgi?gmcode=WA9075

Ford has it listed as first being used under the "Torch Red" name starting in the mid 1950's..........

^^^^I linked this info. from the same paint related website, so it was not from different websites and they seem to have some good info..........The internet is an amazing thing!!

Here is my attempt to put them side-by-side from a laptop screen............they look identical.................

If the info. linked above is true, Ford coined "Torch Red" as a red paint color 35 years before GM started to use it............Tell a Corvette owner they have a Ford paint color on their car. ; )

I guess this info. could be linked to the T.S. thread above...............

Not hard to believe.

08/09 Silver KR = 754

08/09 Black KR = 564

08/09 Red KR = 217

08/09 Blue KR = 188

Low number cars always bring more money.

As for the sig, that will be a hit or miss, but it sure won't hurt having it.

Technically, 08 and 09 silver is different. And numbers dont always drive price
