2007red40thGT500 Posted January 14, 2015 Author Report Share Posted January 14, 2015 For clarification, the base colors for the car itself are: Competition Orange Avalanche Gray Shadow Black Triple Yellow Deep Impact Blue Magnetic Race Red Oxford White The stripe combinations are listed above with the full stripe color first and accent (pin-stripe) color second. Many a people are going to order it in the traditional White w/ Blue stripes however the Blue FORD is using on the stripes is not even close to Guardsman Blue so the show car actually looks a bit off and the fact that the stripes are not the correct width. The GT350-R Black w/ Blue stripes actually looks good because its different but you would think FORD would have offered GT350 colors used in 65/66. Can anyone confirm that these are the final color choices. I saw the avalanche gray with black stripes last weekend at Shelbyfest and was not wowed. It's different...and okay, just not that impressive to me. No grabber blue, lime gold or ruby red. I like something that pops. The liquid blue is amazing but I hear that that is a no go as well.
