I felt his reserve may have ben higher From what I recall it was: $200k reserve NOT met, then down to $185k reserve NOT met, then up to $190k reserve met. I'm guessing that the initial reserve was probably $250k before the reserve was removed. No proof on that but when bids were at $200k the reserve was still there so you know Pratte or B-J thought it would bring more.
