bamainhtown
Just got my 2008 GT500 from the shipper. Drove it twice and it rocks! Third time out I started her up and it started flashing a Charging System Error and a Traction Control Error. Figure the battery was bad. Took it in and found it was a bad battery. Replace with a $220 Optima battery. Still showing Charging System Error. The Alternator is only 2 or 3 months old (previous owner installed at Firestone). Thoughts? Should I replace with a 200 or 300 Amp alternator?
twobjshelbys
Take it to an autozone or similar place. Most will check the system for free. But your dealer should too.
