shelbymotorsports
The final build numbers for the 2007-09 Don Prudhomme SuperSnake edition are: 5 retail cars and 1 concept car for at total of six cars ever built. Three of them were 2009 models, one was a 2008 model and two were 2007 models. All were black in color coupes. Each car ended up being a one of one car when the model year and options are factored in. And out of the five retail cars only one was built with SAI supplying the base car. The other four retail cars used the customers existing GT500. The Prudhomme Super Snake could end up being one of the rarest SAI built cars in recent years. Steve . Helix
That air intake system is incredible! I love that set up. I know, out of all of that I chose to drool over the air.
NordicShelby
Such a cool design. The lucky owners do have something to be very proud of. I always wondered why Don Prudomme didn't purchase one?
ageishecker
Is that a valid tag on the back? I didn't think these cars were street legal.

dh777
Sure would be nice if SA would release other build numbers like this.....
Don Johnston
+1 Look at the first two posts, for example as to the number of units built. Is it 6 or 7? Or is there still one unfinished? Hmmmmm.
twobjshelbys
Sure would be nice if SA would release other build numbers like this..... Well, actually, if you look you'll see that Steve has been posting some. The problem with production numbers is that the run actually has to be done and some of them aren't. Don Johnston
SA could post "built to date" numbers and then note when production was complete on each type of vehicle with the final production total. It seems we only get some numbers when there is a special SA Mustang or Cobra being sent to a B-J auction.
David Hawkins
Ron Pratts will be sold this Weekend at B-J in Scottsdale. http://www.barrett-jackson.com/Media/Home/Reader/3-days-until-scottsdale-2007-ford-shelby-gt500-super-snake-prudhomme-edition
OaktownACE
Sure its rare but its not the best looking Super Snake I've seen. I suppose the rarity will trump it all.

shelbymotorsports
Sure http://www.theelectricgarage.com/auctions/vehicle_details.php?auction_id=40&id=3740 Says its #4 If its #4, which I believe it is going by the license plate, this car sold for $181k a year ago at the Russo & Steele auction. It will be interesting to see how the sellers investment pays off. Steve
freakshow12
With alberta and its slumping oil I doubt it will bring great money. Wrong time and place to sell right now. I'm next door in saskatchewan and we are doing well. It turned into a buyers market real fast out west lol
ShelbyKR664
Love the tilting hood. That would have been a cool option for a mainstream SuperSnake.

07shelbygt/sc1904
Street legal yes. There's a switch under the dash 2 different fuel systems fuel lines tunes ext. It's actually quite impressive if I were swimming in $ this car would have been a no brainier.
Sabregl
Yes the car is street legal. I bought #4 a few months ago from the guy who bought it at Russo and Steele. The car really is amazing and is very very rare. I'm not aware of any switch under the dash for the fuel system. For the strip there is a pulley you change out along with a custom tune you download for race fuel to get it up to 850hp.
