Any Easy Way To Get The Two Top Bolts Out Of The Bell Housing?

Usually if you remove the battery and its tray out of the car first and then go in from the top with an open/closed end wrench you can get to them along with being able to disconnect the passenger side O2 sensor lead/plug. Also you will want to loosen the nuts on top of the motor mount brackets to allow the motor to tilt back some when you go underside to start taking stuff out. Don't forget to take off the LCA cross brace so you can tilt the motor back also and remove your heat shielding from under the car (up under the cats).

Usually don't have to drop down the K member unless you have a bigger size blower in which the inlet elbow doesn't allow you to tilt back the motor. The K member is the subframe which is bolted to the body and front lower control arms along with where the motor mounts are attached.
