ccsl7578
I have a 2007 SGT that I'm getting ready to do a tire/wheel upgrade. I thought I could save a few hundred dollars by using the TPMS sensors from my original wheels..... then I saw an article that said the battery life in the OEM sensors is around 5-7 years. I really didn't want to have the light on the dash flashing at me all the time, but if I use the OEM sensors instead of buying new ones, that could happen before the new tires need replacing! Also, the batteries can't be replaced. Just thought I would pass this info along. Mark
revan
Good to know, THANKS!!! Just validated my decision to buy the stem-mounted sensors from American Muscle for the upcoming swap to Razor wheels I'm about to do on mine.
