hotrodrock
Looking for some comments on an all round good street shock. No strip or track time. Hate to spend an arm and a leg just for the sake of being able to brag "I've got Stud 5000's on my car. Cost a fortune". Just want a good quality shock that works. Any recommendations? HyperStangs
Pretty loaded question.... just replace with stock, or better yet find somebody's Bilstein take-offs. Sold mine for pennies on the dollar when I upped to JRi's. None better, but not cheap.
barspen
Very happy with Koni STR.T (non-adjustable\Orange) for a DD and occasional track runs. Right around $100 for the pair and they carry a lifetime warrantee. Super easy to install with some basic tools.
Shelby73
The Ford Racing Adjustable struts and rear shocks are AWSOME! However if your looking for a good set at a great price you can get a set of KR struts and shocks, better then stock gt500 and they go for under $300 for all 4. You want Stud 5000s. Best shocks around. If you don't want to spend the $ on them though, see if any of the FRPP dealers still have KR shocks in stock. Cheap, and they work well. If not available, look into the Koni yellow (adjustable) or the cheaper Koni orange.
