ageishecker
The Mecum auction in Harrisburg has a car identified as CSX 7062 with an aluminum Daytona coupe body. That number should be a roadster. Does anyone know anything about this car? Did someone start with a roadster and add the coupe body? Very little information is with the car. Its a legitimate "continuation car" but not built by SAI but rather a licensing agreement build thru Carroll Shelby Licensing. This car has been on eBay in the past. http://www.allprocars.com/web/cars.html Steve
ageishecker
Now it makes sense. Are they Shelby chassis or built from scratch? I'm just curious, not bidding on it. Thanks.
ageishecker
The car was a no sale at $220,000. The reserve is apparently around $400,000. I think they have pretty high opinion of their product.
mikeljgt500kr
I think the $220K would be a good sales price for that car, but you do wonder what they have in it, or their expectations.
