Secondo
Good job on the video and thanks for posting it for us!! Sounds great all around, especially from the rear of the car. What's up with the shifter bushings? Is that an issue with all years or just the '13-'14's?
Ghoust
I have heard that some 2010 and up GT500 guys (including myself) have an issue with the 2nd gear grinding when shifting at redline. Some say that this is due to the clutch spring assist and the softer bushings in the shifter making it sway. A lot of guys simply get an aftermarket shifter like a barton or MGW and call it a day. I like the stock shifter so this was my other option.

Torched10
Can you give us more info on bushings et al, product how to install etc
Ghoust
Here is a link to the bushings: http://www.revanracing.com/categories/2011-14-shelby-gt500/drivetrain/shifter-bushings.html The install is basically taking out the shifter as if you are going to swap out to a Barton or MGW unit and replacing the rubber bushings with the new solid steel ones. It firms up the shifter so it does not flex enough to produce the 1st to 2nd grind issue.
