Chair_Force_One
Well I am glad I decided to do this myself with a friend... Once you got everything taken apart, it was pretty easy. Ended up fraying a power cable going to the truck that powered my amp. This happened when replacing the door sill panel (if that's what its called) and couldn't figure out why the subwoofer wasnt coming on. It took blowing two fuses to figure out what was going on. Other than the collateral damage, the button install was straight forward.
Triumph
Pardon my ignorance. With the button installed I am assuming you still have to turn the key on past the acc position, but does the button still allow the engine to be turned over just with the key? Chair_Force_One
yes, you can wire it to start with both the key or the button. You can also wire it so it can only be started with the button which isnt recommended.
