I opened it yesterday and the cover was loose in the black plastic and does not have a bag to put it in. Is that the way they all came? I have bags I can put it in but just was wondering. Thanks. The 'Stuff Bag' is attached to the cover, on the inside at the end near the trunk. It has two nylon straps that attach it to the cover.
